I applied via LinkedIn with this company for a content creator position. I was emailed an image of a check and told to deposit it. Upon depositing I was told to get a cashiers check to give them for equipment being sent to me. The bank alerted me that the check was fake and had come from a completely unrelated company. If I had used those funds the check would have bounced and the funds would have been stolen from me. The scammers got increasingly aggressive as they asked if I had gotten the check and how long it would take me. I'm not certain if Logan Communications is an actual company someone was posing as or if the whole thing was a scam.
