I recieved an e-mail from they list as Best Buy/Geek Quad for Protection Service on my computer, stating they would charge my account for the sum of $410.25 if I did nit call and cancel..I called the listed phones number and they stated in order to cancel I need to go to my e-mail and they would walk me throught the process..I told them that I did not order this and would give them access to my e-mail. They called me and stated I could handle this matter as I no longer had an account by getting a Best Buy Gift Card and then call them back with the number..I again told them I would not do this and they hung up on me...Contact info on e-mail was 804-800-8994 and 951-281-3725..The return call I got was from 804--480-0899
