This scammer is impersonating a legitimate real estate office, A Plus Realty Group, located in Roslindale Ma, and posing as a property manager working for this office. The scammer is going under the name James Anderson, and he states he is the property manager. He posts ads of apartments and homes on craigslist and other websites and then asks people to give him a deposit. The scammer created a fake website to imitate the legitimate website as well as even created a facebook page. The fake website is www.aplusrealtygroupllccorp.com. Do not give this person any money and do not confuse this fake business with the real business. If you want to reach the real business call them directly and never give out any money for any apartment or home without viewing the place in person and ensuring the person showing you the place is a professionally licensed individual with a valid real estate license.
