This guy called me claiming to be from Capital One and had some of my c/c info, said my intereste rate was 23% when I asked (not true) so I hung up. my facebook has been hacked and deactivate, my c/c has had purchases not from me (I let Capital one know about that when it happened) so I was very leery on this call.
