We have been receiving phone calls (too numerous to mention the amount), for approx. a year, stating that the Caller is from Windows and our computers are having issues. If I had to guess from the voice, I'd say these are Asians (both male and female). They call from all different phone numbers, which show up on our Caller I.D. Therefore, it is difficult to report them to the FTC. I know, from talking to others, that this is a MAJOR problem. Wish there was a way to stop this!!! We DO have our number listed on the DNC list.
