Got on line to purchase a puppy from cladel shepherds. sent them 550.00 the puppy was to be shipped free and was to come from Baltimore md Had many E mail conversations with a man named Tim Wittenburg Monday the 28th of march the puppy was to be shipped I talked to TimWittenburg and every thing was ok. Then I got a notice from the people who were shipping the dog and they requested 970.00 for insurance to ship the dog and said it would be refunded 80% when we received the dog. Talked to Tim and told him I wasn't going to sent any more money because I had sent what he requisted he told me the only other choice I had was to pay for the shipping then I refused The shipping company name was Petsmart relocation in Baltimore. I've hope I have learned a lesson but I also wanted this to go out to help other people it's sad that there are so many people out there that you can't trust any more The name of the web site is Cladel Shepherds Haus the phone # given was 240-545-8921.we have tried to contact them many times for our money back since they said it was 100% refunduable but no one will call us back and that is the only way we have to get in touch with them.
