I went to look at a unit that was shown on the website . I agreed to the unit ck property management showed me at the time . Ck property management required a 1,100 deposit to hold the apt unit in full without refund . When I went to sign the papers for the least . I asked to see the unit I was allegedly moving into . Upon visiting the unit it was not the unit i have visited prior to being shown by the proper manager .I continue to inquired on the unit I was shown . The property manager became rude and combative told me the unit had been rented out . I told her this wasn’t the unit . I committed too, she said this was the only unit available if I did not take it . I would loose my 1,100 deposit .even tho I didn’t sign a contract or a least . agreement. Once I threaten her into small claims court . She continued to refuse to give me my deposit for her false advertising on units that are not available for renting . Her receptionist Janet rosado refused to answer phone calls and emails .
