I got this phone call two days in a row from the same guy named Anthony Harrington saying I owe money and the account was a Wells Fargo account and charged off since 2006. He said I have a few options to pay back and that if i don't I will have to go to court and pay all these fines. One of my option was a voluntary restitution. Then he went on to say I was in the chex system and asked if I tried to fraud the bank Wells Fargo. I called chex system and they said this happened everyday where people are getting phone calls saying they owe money. They also left me a message saying they were schedule to show up to my work place and residence. I tried looking up Civil Arbitration Service or Mediation Firm because thats the name of the company he told me and I couldn't find anything. I looked up the phone number 530-531-8771 it said it was in Biggs, CA and the other number 530-212-7221 was in Winters, CA. Also I forgot to mention that Anthony also said I can pay with my debit card or a pre paid card. I said no I dont feel comfortable giving my account number over the phone and that I need to call Wells Fargo and chex system to verify.
