The main prob I have with this company is that they are claiming to be a US company but their FB page is managed in China. And conveniently, there is no phone number or address for the company. No info whatsoever. I simply wanted a refund and to cancel the order before it even shipped but you they make it impossible to connect ... again no phone number and no response from “customer service” via email
