I made and accident on 11/08/16, the police came and they made a report, then two towing truck drivers came without anyone calling them, I was in a shock of the accident, I asked one of the drivers who are you they said "we're the city and we're taking the cars to the insurance body shop for a free towing", he gave me a paper and said you have to sign here, so I signed. the next day I was looking for the car at the address written on the card he gave me for Oscar body shop "at 4227 N. Elston,Chicago 60618", but I couldn't find the car at that location they said they are packed of cares and will send my car to"4520 W homer, Chicago 60639" . I've tried to call the number on the receipt I signed but no one was answering. at 7 pm the driver David called me asking for 475$ to give me the car, he said "it's for (storage, cleaning, and towing) because it seems like the accident was your fault" but it's not my fault, I'm the victim and I didn't have to pay a penny to them. So I told him I want to see my car, he said he's coming, I called the police and told them everything, they told me I'm the third victim on that night, and they helped me to get my car.

I hope this experience helps other people AND takes away his license.
