Beware when buying tickets online from anyone other than ***.com or ***.com There is a nationwide company that uses several websites cityticketsonline ***  tickets.com and ***.com and I am sure others. I bought tickets through ***.com for a concert last weekend in Raleigh. When I got to will call of course no tickets and had to but tickets to get in. I paid over $700 that was supposed to be a VIP package along with pit passes. The next day I called the numbers that were associated with my on-line charge. I finally reached someone that let me know they had no record of purchasing or at all. Then I became suspicious and looked up ***.com and at that point I knew I had been scammed along with people all over the country. Evidently they have been doing this for over 15 years. I called back the next day and didn't mention not getting my tickets and gave him the same email and phone number as the day before. This time he pulled my order up right away.when I told him I didn't get them,I was put on hold. came back with I signed up with wrong email address and they couldn't send me the mobile tickets but he had just pulled them up under the one I gave them so how was it wrong when I signed up. They are crooks located in Connecticut or Vermont and have to be stopped and put away.
