My name is being used in a false contract for real estate sale, specifically for timeshare sales in Mexico. My name and signature (false) are being used along side CEO for this company, City Point Real Estate. I have now had 3 people reach out to me who are being scammed and asking if I have anything to do with this company. As soon as I say I am not in Utah, do not work in Utah or with Mexican timeshare, they all say they have been scammed.
