I spoke on the phone with "City Wide" communications to arrange for internet based on the # on the website. I was charged $200 on my VISA. It's roughly 2 weeks later and no install date and conflicting information when I call. When I said I want the payment reversed for first month payment and install (services not provided) I was told that is not possible. I asked twice for the customer service tape to be played back to see if I was given a time frame for installation. I was told only a manager could authorize this. I haven't heard from any manager and do not believe I will.

So this place is sketchy. After talking to a representative and asking questions the person over the phone wasn't aloud to reveal what companies they go through with providing internet to their customers. There also not aloud to say where they are located ... I find this sketchy.
