At first I got a call from an unknown phone number the person left a message threatening me to pay a debt or my wages would be garnished, caller’s name was Jim Donovan (not sure on spelling). I was not able to return the call after the first call. On the second call saying I had until end of business to return the call I called the number in the voicemail 8887320995 at 4:56 pm and got a voicemail so I left a message (this was a Friday). I got a call back from a Jim Murphy on Monday who claimed to be the director of operations and he said I needed to call him by 3 pm. I did not get the message until 4 pm when I got off work I listened to the message but could not write down the info at that time so I got to where I could listen to the message and wrote down the information. I was asked to return his call at 7142434039 it was after that time but I figured he is the director of operations he will have a voicemail so I called the number I let it ring for a minute before I hung up. Two days later I got another voicemail from Jim Murphy said I could at least have the common courtesy of returning his call when I asked for a call back. Again I got the message after the 3 pm deadline but figured I’d try again. This time I let my phone ring for 2 minutes before I got a message stating that all circuits where busy. I then did an internet search for the company where all I saw was complaints on how it was a scam. I decided to call the original number and leave a message there where I stated I had researched the company and could not find any information and how the reports I read must be accurate because the director of operations did not even have a voicemail. Today I got a message that I was lying and to not bother calling back he would just process the garnishment of my wages. Guess I will see them in court.

Called both my work and another person that I know at her job. She stated that she was Serena from city services and that she had a civil matter for me, with a case number, and if I didn't call back it would come to my job. Gave this exact message to the other person too.

Told me to call them back within 24 hours or they will proceed with papers.
