Received an email saying I was a finalist for a work from home position for A/P at City Facilities Management that they had seen my resume on Ladders. Interview would be conducted via Google Hangouts. I had problems with Google Hangouts so they asked me via email to complete a questionnaire. It looked pretty authentic. It had typical interview questions. I was contacted through Google Hangouts chats that I was being offered the job. A supervisor would contact me via email with my offer letter. Offer letter didn't have a rate but a range and the prior year w-4 form. I had previously checked reviews for the company online. Since it was a legitimate company that information was there. I decided since I hadn't spoken with an actual person that I should verify with someone that it was a real offer so I called the FL US Headquarters HR number and they said they had no work from home positions.
