Citizenura appeared on my Facebook Newsfeed as a company selling women's clothing and jewelry. My security software typically prevents me from clicking on a link that is known to be a fraud or scam. In this case, the website was displayed as a secure site, so they have found a way to get around security software triggers.

I placed an order for 2 blouses. The website requested payment through PayPal. After about 2 weeks, I emailed Customer Service because I had not heard anything about the status of the order. Several emails went back and forth, and after I quoted text from the "Shipping Information" content that appears on their website, they finally sent a tracking number.

When I finally received the merchandise, I was extremely surprised to see that they had sent 2 blouses that were not the ones I ordered. I looked through the 113 pages of their website trying to find the blouses they sent, but they were nowhere to be found.

Additionally, the size of the blouses they sent was 2 sizes smaller than what I had requested.

The quality of the merchandise was sub-standard. The garment labels did not provide any washing instructions. One of the garments had no size label. There were no merchandise tags on either garment. They also did not send a receipt for the merchandise. If I had not paid via PayPal, I wouldn't have had any documentation of the purchase.

Using the "Returns" information provided on their website, I emailed customer service, requesting a return label and return instructions. Upon receiving that request, the company emailed that they needed me to provide the following information so that they could "confirm the problem and provide a solution."

1. The size label on the clothes.

2. A clear picture of the tracking number on the package.

3. A clear picture of the SKU number displayed below the barcode on the package.

I sent them an email with 9 photos providing everything they requested and more. It was clear from the photos that the items they sent were not the items I ordered, and that the sizes were incorrect, as well.

The company replied with the following message: "After our verification, the size of the product you received is different from when you placed the order. There will be some differences in the size of each area, which is unavoidable. But each of us does not want this problem to happen, so sorry. We will give you 30% of the total order amount, and you can still keep the product. can you accept it?"

I responded to their email indicating that 30% of the total order amount was not sufficient restitution. I wanted a 100% refund or the correct merchandise. I am waiting for a response; however, I have initiated a refund by contacting PayPal and my credit card company, I have reported them to Facebook as a scam company, and now I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

When I tried to enter their email address I used for correspondence in the "Email Address Used By Scammer" field above, I get an error message indicating that the email address is invalid.
