Keep receiving phone calls from a place called Citizens Disability. Various names and phone numbers used. This has been going on for over a month, every week, every day since applying for unemployment and with the pandemic. Consumer said they had never applied for disability but they go around that. Consumer said they are not interested but initially answered yes and no questions. Then, consumer was transferred over to another person - they asked for more specific personal information. Consumer declined to answer those questions. Consumer asked for something to be sent through the mail and has received nothing.

Consumer contacted Citizens Disablity and they indicated that they do not call consumers - they make no phone calls, you are to call them. Also, they indicated it was all fraudulent. They suggested that the consumer not answer any questions over the phone to anyone or give out personal information. They also indicated they do not cover states outside of the state that their representative is in and they request a zip code to verify consumers are in their coverage area.
