I received a pre-qualified offer from this company with a credit card like card attached to the paperwork unsolicited. I checked all over the net and they redirect to the legitimate bank and lender Citizens Bank. I called them to confirm my suspicions of fraud and they stated they are not affiliated with Citizens Business Finance Inc. Not only that but when they used the information I gave them, they were given a different legitimate bank that they were claiming to be affiliated with.
