The company pretends to be from my lender for my mortgage. It says it is important you contact our office upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage before a certain date. Talk about activating a home warranty. To failure to call and prevent a potential lapse of coverage could result in you being liable for all cost associated with any home repairs, etc.
