After reviewing website https://homeraisedmaltipoos.com/ and emailing back and forth to include [pictures and video - Purchased puppy from "Home Raised Maltipoo Puppies" Price $800 plus $150 shipping for total of $950 sent by Zelle divided $500 to [email protected] and $450 to [email protected]. Then received email stating Okay i will get the puppy registered for shipping tomorrow. Once done with shipping registration, flight tracking numbers and estimated arrival time will be sent to you.

Received email from shippers -

CITIZEN SHIPPERS INC 1st email said they would be sending flight information soon. Received 2nd email stating due to COVID - special crate was required along with picture of carte and cost. Spoke with person and asked why just now being told - he explained new requirements. Also had ALB as airport not El Paso - flight changed and and Sent $500 by Zelle and sent copies of 2 american express gift cards one for $500 and 1 for $280 because of 500 limit on zelle. Was to receive deposit for crate upon delivery of puppy and return of crate. 20 min prior to flight received email stating pet insurance required for puppies of $2500. Texted and called breeder to discuss. Multiple texts saying just pay they will refund on delivery. texted I did not have money and could find no regulations on this. Breeder then said he would pay $1000 and I could pay the rest with gift cards. Texted I did not have money and requested refund for $ paid for puppy. Also emailed back shipper and requested a refund. Neither one responded

This is NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY. OR A COMPANY PERIOD. It's a FAKE WEBSITE THAT LOOKS GOOD BUT IT's a TOTAL SCAM. It even sends tracking emails and a bunch of BS related to your goods (in my case Puppy) being shipped. They don't have a business voicemail or person answering the phone that is anyone other than a con artist on the other end waiting for you to take the bait. So once you THINK you are going with a reputable company they give you all the reasons you need to pay (IN CASH, Zella , Apple Pay , Gift Cards) extras and premiums with a commitment to reimburse you in cash when your product shows up. They are so "professional" that the guy yelled at me and hung up the phone on me when I started to question why my puppy (who never existed) needed a 1300 COVID crate to fly with TWO NANNIES. Yes Shih Tzu Bliss charged me only $175 for the puppy and two nannies on an airplane. That should have been my first RED FLAG.
