Robert Youngker called to tell us his girlfriend, Rebecca, received a check for $2850.55 that he took to Austin Bank in Jacksonville TX and advised them he thought it was fraudulent (check was NOT endorsed or deposited & bank kept check dated 8/10/2020 giving Robert a copy). A woman from Rusk TX wanted her house cleaned on Facebook indicating a woman would pay $100 each day for 3 days and Rebecca responded by clicking on the FB ad (an elderly lady). Rebecca who is disabled believes this is how Robert Kelly got her name, address and phone number. His phone # was included in the information she received along with the check in the FedEx envelope. Kelly (heavy foreign accent) also told her when she called him he would pay her $1000 every three weeks "if she did a good job cleaning". Check was sent by FedEx on Aug 11, 2020. Rebecca told him there were 3 parties involved (one being an electric company in Houston). Rebecca understood that she was to call Robert Kelly when she deposited the check and then take $900 for herself, $600 for cleaning supplies and the remainder to the electric company (he will tell her the name at this point) for "painting the house someone was to move into before she cleaned it"? When the painters are finished "the agency" will give Rebecca the keys allowing her to go in and clean. Robert said the FedEx envelop was different from any he had seen and had a clear window to view the check.

PS: Mr. Youngkers mentioned "One Way" and something about "Buffalo" when I questioned him about the business name/address. I called him back for clarification when I reviewed the audio, but haven't heard from him.
