They keep calling about a home depot account with Citi bank which I do not have.

at first my computer flashed you computer is hacked it gave me a number to call 833-498-2094 ext 103 then a guy Richard Baker with a thick accent spoke told me my computer is hacked what kind of bank or cc do you have we will go through them one by one to get them secured. the first one was to my financial institution when the guy on the phone sounded alot like the guy originally answered he stated my 1st account it was fine but then he asked me about my other citi card what was the last 4 digits he tells me on the stated account that someone took 5,000 off my card and he was not able to deny the charge at this time however if you go to target or kohl's get a gift card for 5,000 then once the transaction is complete and he can see if on my side that he will deny the charge and it will all go away. so i went to khols the guy pretending that was Citi bank said when you go into the store you don't say what your doing this for, just say that your doing this for you family. but was shut down from khol's , then he told me to go to target and do the same thing but my card was declined probably because I have never done that before strange transaction . So the guy told me to go home once i go home to only call me @ 478-285-8773 ext 801 and don't say anything to no one cause no one needs to know what your doing which i thought was strange. so I ran to my husband's work and told him because the microsoft guy said the hackers are listening to me and what I am doing on my computer instead i ran to my husband's work , then ran straight to my bank and they are the ones who told me it was all fraudulent i sat there and cried i was so scared these people took money from us but they didn't . the website they tried to get me to go to didn't work and that's when i was told to get the gift cards. the website is www.ultraviewer.metnet

Received a Text stated: call Citi Bank. RE:HelpDesk @ 410-525-5326. Attn. Required.

I Called the number....it stated text message sent to inform that atm card has been limited due to security error, maybe at a local merchant..to reactivate please enter social security number.

We do not have any acct. with Citibank.
