I purchased shoes from SOLES ART and when I purchased them I didn’t noticed that the shoes were damaged and a few days later I went to change the shoes for other shoes that were not as damaged as the ones I purchased and the supervisor said that they were not going to exchange the shoes for other ones and that they were not going to help me at the store nor the mall or instagram.
