I received an email from someone that was encrypted and when I went to open it, it asked to verify information. Now I apparently have an account and when I contacted them to delete my account they said they cannot delete it but can block it. I want it deleted and they said it's not possible which seems unlikely and illegal. It took a LONG time for them to admit that there was a way for them to delete my account but I will still be monitoring it to make sure that nothing is compromised.
