Don't trust this company

This company creates fake USPS labels and doesn't ship your order out but they are quick to steal your money. Fraud and I'm reporting this problem to the BBB.

Cirkul advertises on Instagram/Facebook and their website appears very legit. The Company's website states that they are having shipping delays and your order may take 10-15 days. It has been over 30 days and my order has still not been sent. The Company creates a fake USPS label to give you a tracking number, but the USPS site just states "awaiting item to arrive at USPS." The Company does not provide a customer service number and you have to send an email to their [email protected]. The only email reply I have received is an auto-generated message. Don't do business with this company. This Company is either fraudulent or poorly managed, but either way, you don't get your product and now I have to file a fraud charge with my credit company.

I purchased my Cirkul order 2 weeks ago and was told it would be here by now. I've emailed the company twice and no response. I would like my money back or the item. Im so disappointed.

On March 15th I placed an order through their website. On the 17th I got a message saying my order has shipped. It is now the 27th of March and I still have no updates on my order the tracking website has not been updated and I have emailed them 3 times now about my order and I don’t ever get a response. I’m assuming I will not ever get the water bottle or my money back considering no one ever replies. Seems like this has been a problem for many other people too.
