Purchased items after seeing social media advertising and received email confirmation of order. Several days later received email saying out of stock and refund would be received. Refund never received.

Saw an add on tik tok for a nugget ice machine for $9.99. Ordered 5 plus shipping equals $56. After a few days, I received an email stating that they had more demand than supplies and that my money would be refunded. Waited a few days and sent another email. Was then told that refunds happen 1-3 business days. Waited over a week and sent another email. Received a response that the email cannot be delivered now to the same email address previously used. No product, no money
