I believe this is a sham company. I ordered a mini movie projector, stand, and screen for $198.90 without looking at any reviews first (not on the website, but external reviews from Trustpilot.com). The reviews all have a similar story: People either ordered items and never received them, or received something different. We all have received automated responses from "Sophie." I emailed asking for a tracking number, confirmation number, and expected ship date as I had received none of this information after a week AND my credit card has been charged the $198.90 plus an additional $1.99. I have posted the response below. In addition I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, cancelled it and asked for a new one, called my local law enforcement (can't do anything) and will also report to ftc.gov. Hopefully no one else will order from them!
