On Dec 16,2019 I ordered a music box from cinemaclubshop.com. I received an email "thank you for your purchase". On Dec 18,2019 I emailed them again asking if I would receive my purchase for Christmas, I got a reply saying all purchases were being shipped and I'd receive a tracking number. Needless to say I never received a tracking number or my purchase. They have not answered multiple emails that I've sent since. My bank card paid for my purchase on Dec 16,2019 - it shows as 'DBT PURCHASE ON 12/16 @00:00/PAYPAL*JIM WADA 402-935-7733 CA Their website looks very professional-but I guess that's the point.

I placed an order with this company on November 22 2019. After two weeks I inquired about a tracking number, got the tracking number and it said it would be delivered on December 19. It is now December 28 and no package. I emailed to let them know it has not been delivered and they did not meet their by Christmas delivery. Asked for my money back and have not heard from them since! Do not order from this company!!
