I ordered a Cincinnati Bengals white Chase jersey for my son for Christmas. The item was listed as an authentic jersey. The item I received was simply a Dri-Fit shirt with some letters and numbers ironed on. Nothing about it was authentic. When I requested a refund and an address to return the item, I was met with nothing but excuses as to why it could not be returned and bribes for me to keep the item. I’ve attached a screenshot of the unprofessional email.
