The platform has different levels of investment for bitcoin, with periods that range from a week to 1 month. 1.8% per day, up to 4% per day at the highest level. Minimum investment amount is $100 for the 1 week bronze. $50000 is the minimum for the platinum 2 month plan. U can invest and then reinvest 2 times before u have to add a minimum $100. This is open to interpretation on their site, and not clearly stated. For instance, it doesn’t say that the $100 must come from a new deposit to continue investing. Anyway, the problem started when after investing and reinvesting twice, I attempted a 4th reinvestment. Their FAQ says, and I quote: "NO! You can only reinvest the same amount twice." Technically, I only reinvested the minimum $100 twice. The 4th time I attempted, I in fact invested the principle $100 plus the total earned interest: $152.07. I told my sponsor and she was displeased, telling me I was in violation of policy. I argued if it was such a violation, then why was it allowed? She replied as if I was out of line to do what i did, and I told her I didn't mean to break rules, but I didn't have another $100 to deposit and figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I later found out it was rejected, but there was no email communication like when you make a successful deposit or withdrawal. Nothing, except the funds were back in my account. There wasn't a warning or any type of admonishing. So, I figured I would just withdraw whatever was in my account because if I can't come up with at least $100 (I couldn't) I'd just take withdraw everything and reinvest at a later time, plus I wanted to see if it was actually possible to make a withdrawal without an issue. As many know, It's easy to put money into these platforms; not so easy to get it out. Well, I attempted and was notified by cilnox via email that my request was received and to wait for confirmation. 24 hours later, no confirmation and no deposit to my (bitcoin)wallet. I told my sponsor and she said contact support. I told her I'd do so when I had the chance. I figured before i did that though, I'd attempt another withdrawal. This time, it only took a few hours before I realized it wasn't successful. Again, there was no communication from cilnox in regards to this. Finally, I contacted them through chat, and they essentially told me I violated their policy and that's why my requests were denied for withdrawal. I would need to deposit the minimum $100 to continue investing with them in order to be able to make a withdrawal. I argued that that they don't state anywhere that the consequences of my attempt to make a 4th reinvestment would lead to this outcome. It's semantics but the person in chat kept insisting that i made a 4th reinvestment, when they actually disallowed it, so technically I didn't. Also, I informed them that they had no right to hold my funds, when most every statement on their site runs contrary to that action. They supposedly allow free acces to your funds after investment periods are over. Which it was. They just kept saying read the FAQ, "You violated our policy" and "follow the rules" as if they were sure everything was there to prove them right, but it was like they hadn't actually read it themselves and didn't care to! The part that is most suspicious, is them not contacting me AT ALL, to tell me that I'd "violated policy", but waiting til I request a withdrawal to tell me, and administering some heretofore unbeknownst to me punishment of sorts, that prevents me from doing so. Anyway, I have the full chat conversation to support, if need be and actually would've included the screenshots if the upload function was more able, or user friendly.
