Type of a scam Online Purchase

Cigsoutlet

Sent $390 for online cigs. Had me use transferwise. Got tracking, but fake #.
Went to bank in china. [email protected], and no response.
Out a lot of $$$ and no cigs
Bank could do nothing as a western union transfer.
BIGGGG SCAM!

I search online to purchase cigarettes and i received an email with an invoice and asked that i send 190.00 by Western Union and when that didn't work they sent me another email for wire transfer using transferWise. i did that and sent them confirmation number and now i get no response and the money was received by them. the person i were to send money to info is Recipient's Email: [email protected]
