Received call wanting to schedule my free home nurse visit to access my health needs. Was very pushy and wanting me to give her a date and time. I had my yearly physical a week ago and am doing well,working full time. Don’t need home health care but she kept trying to schedule visit insisting it was a free new service offered to healthspring members. I hung up on her and called healthspring. They said home care nurses had to be ordered y physicians and did not know of the new service. Seniors beware

I had a voicemail from a robot (from an Andover, MA #: +1 (978) 933-6927) left on my phone for my mother, from what I thought was her MediCare Part D insurance provider, but now I'm not so sure. I am her POA and help her with everything. When I called them back, the robot answered, went through stuff, & asked for her name, to verify my phone number they called me on, & her date of birth. Then it said that her one medication needed refilled, which I had already refilled. The robot then asked me if we refilled this medication and I gave a "Yes" reply. It thanked me, said farewells, and hung up... After thinking about it, I'm afraid I just fell for one of those scams where they get you to say "Yes" to whatever they're trying to scam you about on the phone. As her POA, I said I was her.

They called me on July 12, 2017 @ 11:04AM EST.
