Placed an order for $108 on October 13, 2019 from cigmania.com, today is November 8th, 2019 and I have not received my order. Today - when I went to the website to find contact information the website would either not load or godaddy.com would offer to sell the domain to me. When I made the purchase it was through a google pay invoice which I found rather odd considering it was going to an indiviual named Kenneth Baxter instead of a company name. I accessed this invoice to find a contact phone number and a contact email. I sent an email to their "customer service" and almost instantly got an email back saying the address does not exist (there were no spelling errors). I then dialed the phone number located on the bottom of the invoice, but again there was nothing but a dial tone on the other end because it does not exist. There is another complaint site where two others have similar stories as mine but they are drowned out by clearly fake comments claiming that people have received their orders in a timely manner and they've been doing business "for years". A legal company doesnt forget to pay for their website domain, so what's the jig?
