Ordered suitcases 11 July checked on track 17 and no update I want a refund and no where to ask for one.

I ordered luggage from this company also. The charge was on my charge card but no confirmation was ever emailed or sent. Then I started getting notices from the delivery company stating the packages was being delivered, but never came after 30 days, to this date still no luggage and no way to contact this company. When I went on the site to dispute, all I get back is a tracking form that states they have been delivered. I think this is a fake company. And can only hope that noone else gets scared by this fake company.

I ordered luggage from this company. The charge was on my charge card but no confirmation was ever emailed or sent. When I went to the website and looked at recent orders, it said I have none. I then looked up luggage and it said no results. I think this is a fake company. I tried to look them up in the ScamPulse.com but I was never able to get to the site.
