The ad popped up( Cicis Wigs) on a site I was visiting so I decided to check out the site. They mentioned a promotion was going on (Buy 2 get 1 free) and the pictures on the site were very pleasing. I placed my order and was so excited about my purchase. The next day I discovered reviews about possible scams so I contacted Paypal and the company regarding my missing shipping information and concerns from my findings. The company replied by sending my shipping information and never defended the claims about the reviews nor did they respond to my request to cancel the order. Weeks later, the package arrived and the product wasn't what was advertised on the site. I did more research and saw how many others experienced the same thing and I felt helpless. I couldn't do anything with the product but throw it away because I was so upset.

Ordered wigs the next couple of hours tried to cancel no contact number no response back for five days all of a sudden item being shipped out
