My name is Jessy and I am just going to add that I am upset with the way I was misled by chumba casino and what I mean by that is I signed up and was told I was approved for my account and it was even told to me by customer support representatives that I was eligible to receive cash outs once I won and chumba even has a green light button that only people who are fully verified and approved have otherwise other people who need to still do that or submit documents have a red light but anyways I was supposedly verified and so I spent about a year tossing money left and right into my account because they have 100 dollars minimum to be able to withdraw so it's not necessarily easy to achieve but after about a year and several hundreds of dollars later I finally got enough for a cash out and I followed prosecdure to withdraw my earnings and the minute I cash out I am immediately deactivated and told my winnings were voided so I am extremely upset about the scamming they do and lying I wasted all that money when the whole time is instead of telling me I was verified and pretending I could have just been denied right away and saved all my money being spent I feel like I should definitely be compensated this is unfair and should not be even legal they are scammers

Chumba has to be stopped.

I am beyond angry as I explain this incident.

I used to be a regular customer with chumba , enjoying my time with their games. Iv had losses and gains and everything was normal. I then decided to close my account after winning 4 k and take a break .

After requesting to close my account I was shocked to see 14 unauthorized transactions each of $ 300 taken from my account and its all from chumba.

Then after contacting them about it, they asked me for my personal information again.

Please be careful, they can ruin lives.

I decided to start playing this game and I gave them a chance. I keep losing money. I lost over $3000 to them if not more and when I hit big jackpot and finally won over $3000 I couldn't cash out so I kept playing to the point I lost it all. The funny part is I haven't won anything since or got free money. Its sad chumba casino deactivates your account or freezes your games so u refresh the page and don't win anything. I had so many of those and when you message them they won't respond or when they do they say I'm sorry but its not on our side, you might want to check your browser. You play on or refresh the game. B*******, give me my money back.

Its asking me to take a picture or first 4 and last 4 of my card and accusing me of using somebody else's card when its mine. Its asking me to send proof of it.
