I ordered 3 blouses from Chufie. The website has a screenshot of the company address in England. Turns out when I received my package, the return address was "Joe Doe 1140 River Rd, New Castle DE 19720. Now for the story, I saw the ads for blouses on instagram, and should have googled complaints about the company before I ordered, there are tons! Instead I read THEIR reviews which claimed the fabric was so soft.....I should have cancelled the order the minute they charged my credit card, which was the DAY AFTER I ordered! Ordered 2/5/21, charged card: 2/6/21, shipped 3/11/21, arrived 3/27/21. I emailed them asking for a refund on 3/28 because the fabric was scratchy and stiff. They responded 3/29 and wanted me to send pictures. This back and forth interaction was via email. After about 7 emails of me insisting a full refund, and them upping their refund offers from $10 to $38, they gave me the return address: 49 Jinfu, 2nd road, 4th floor, building 1, Liaobu Town, Dongguan, Guangdong 523400. I promptly went to UPS and they quoted me a price of OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to ship 3 very light blouses in a small envelope. RUN from Chufie! I am now in a dispute with my credit card company, which by the way is **** ** ******* and they are living in the dark ages!

I purchased 2 Mother's Day Birthstone rings with the birthstones for each child via a facebook add. I received one so far and it is NOT what was advertised. Also, it is not the size I ordered and it had 5 stones, not 3. The return address is for a Joe Doe, Bldg. B, 23039, Rockaway Blvd., Springfield Gar., NY 11413-4104. Under the return address sticker, however, is another sticker all in some oriental language. So it appears to be from China or the like.

Ordered 3 women’s tops for $83.97 from Facebook ad for Chufie. Merchandise received looks nothing like ad, poor quality and fit. Requested return address as one on package is for Joe Doe, 230-39 Rockaway Blvd Bldg B, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Refused to give address for over 2 weeks. Offered me $7 and keep merchandise first. Said not negotiable, now they want to give me $24 and merchandise. Want FULL refund and address to return product. Have found numerous reports online with people having same issues with them. They need to be shut down from scamming people with false pictures of nice products.
