agreed on a price to cut a tree limb, $150. He did the work but the limb damaged the house when it fell. He said he has insurance, and gave me the name of a State Farm agent in Emporia. The agent did not know him, Mr Chucky stopped returning my calls. I had to repair the damage. Suggest not using him for anything.

Mr. Charles Leslie Marriner who owns Chuck's Lawn Service which I hired to cut my tree and take out stump. I talked to him in person and had given the price of $800 in agreement for a down payment of $200. On the day he promised to cut my tree, he never show up. First I called and he said, he is coming but never come. I keep calling and get no answer, texted no answer and finally my calls went straight to his voice mail. I was so upset and told him that it is all the money I have as I am on a heart transplant disability income only. I called again and he blocked my number and I was not able to get a hold of him anymore. I was so angry; To make my story short, I am writing this to warn others. Please stay away from this guy, he goes by the name of Chuck and his business under the name of Charle's Lawn Service.

He is a scam. I can't believe this person drives around with a nice brand new truck and stealing peoples money to pay for his truck.

Also be aware if you anyone offers a lawn job or tree trim, DO NOT give any down payment. Asking a down payment should be a red flag that it is a scam.
