On June 28, 2023 I purchased sneakers from a copy online that I thought was a reputable company. I received confirmation info and tracking info. The sneakers never arrived. They even said they were delivered but I contacted the post office. I emailed their customer support people and they assured me that an error was made and they would resend them. The last email between me and the customer support person said that it would take 20 business days to receive them in the mail. That was last week. I emailed them again and now they are not responding to me. I was able to send a message to my credit card company and they opened a fraud case for me and refunded my money . I do have the emails if anyone wants to read them
