This company acts as support for various technologies (netflix, kindle, chromecast etc) they are not part of any of these companies and use fake diagnostics to inform you of a network issue. At this time they act as if they are providing you with a support chat line then they take over your computer and look at your network details. It was at this time that I stopped the call and called Google to ask if they were connected and they are not.
