Scammer pretended to be with Geek Squad and said that if I wanted to cancel the order that was placed he needed to collect personal information from me. I told him I never placed the order so why will he need any of my information. He said that he will need it to pass it over to their cancelation department. I asked him why will he need to transfer me to the cancelation department, due to the fact that when I called and he answered the phone he said "Thank you for calling the cancellation department". He then tried to get me to go in front of my computer but I told him I don't own a computer. He asked what kind of cell phone do I own, Android or I Phone or any tablet device. I told him I owned a Android and he said that they will cancel my order and I will receive a cancelation confirmation number to my e-mail. I then asked him I thought he said that he was going to transfer me to their cancelation department. He said he will just handle it himself.
