I ordered $350 worth of clothing in June of 2022. I waited 2 months and then emailed their service email. They lied to me for 3 months repeatedly telling me my product will arrive in the next two weeks. Finally after 5 months I demanded a refund. For the last 5 months they have either replied and either refused to give me a refund or lied and told me my refund will be processed within the next two weeks. Because they strung me along for months and month I am no longer able to dispute the charge through my bank. I have seen hundreds of people describing the same experience across online forums and this website. A blatant scam that is still being allowed to continue to steal thousands of dollars from naive shoppers.
