who has received threats from CHRISTOPHER RICE WITH RICE AND ASSOCIATES REGARDING A $1800.00 LOAN I DO NOT REMEMBER. HE CALLED MY BOSS AT WORK AND I GOT IN TROUBLE. HE HAS CALLED A FEW TIMES. THE NUMBER IS 800 928-0928. HE ALSO HAD PROPERTY INFORMATION FROM YEARS AGO, AND A LOT OF OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Twice I have been called and the first time it was just a receptionist with a birthrate and the second time it was Attorney Joseph Wells rattling off about a whole bunch information with check signed using my email and an old account number I haven't had for years. He said he was going to file with the district attorney or I could resolve it over the phone. I asked questions and he just repeated himself. Complete scam! They wanted 750. Don't fall for it! Thank God for not allowing me to fall into this trap! I pray on one does!

A nasty voicemail was left on my phone and they called my son in Washington in an attempt to collect a BOGUS debt. They rattled off a fake IP address, threatened legal documents and their intent to collect additional fees if I refused to pay said debt! It sounded "legitimate,' until I spoke with my husband and he said it sounded like a SCAM!!! He was 100% RIGHT!!! Don't fall for their ********!
