I ordered a nice retractable Christmas tree with shipping for about $30. I received official looking emails with the order number then tracking number. When I went to check on when it will be delivered . The website was down.

The Company kacartapps.com (also known as https://christmasbigsales.com/) is pretending to be the real Balsam Hills. They are scamming people that think that the real Balsam Hills are running an incredible sale to clear out last year's stock. In reality, they are not Balsam Hills and are based in China. This is not the real Balsam Hills at all. They also provide a phone number that is fake and cannot be reached. I have emailed them at their support email and have not heard back from them. They are advertising on Facebook and their page looks completely legitimate. So, you think that you are ordering from the real Balsam Hills
