I called them and they had immediate availability. I was eager to get my dryer fixed and ignored a bunch of red flags such as no itemized invoice, no work vehicle, no company logo on anything, a generic t-shirt that just said "appliance repair", he entered my card number into his phone to charge me for the service of replacing my dryer timer, the Clover receipt I received in my email had a different company on it, Roy Beasley HVAC of Raeford. I paid $170 on 9/2 and was supposed to pay $240 on 9/6, after he put in the timer on the dryer, but he ran my card for $425. I texted him the next morning when I realized, no answer. I called the main number and spoke to two different people who were looking into it. I spoke with the two women who worked customer service and in the office several times. They kept mixing up the info I was giving them, as though they were not recording it, which felt suspicious. They said it was going to be difficult to get me the refund because I didn't have Cash App. They said I would get a refund by last Sunday, either through Cash App or actual cash in person, and I didn't.
