I thought this company was based in the US. At one time there was an address posted on their website in Idaho. It's gone now. When I searched the address, it was a bridge in Garden City, Idaho, not a building. The products offered are advertised as being genuine quality leather, but I don't think so. I bought 2 items and although I like the pattern, I was disappointed that they do not seem to be leather, but probably vinyl. Also, they take forever shipping items, and when I tracked my items, it showed that they are mailed from Compton, California and other port cities in that area. I think the products come directly from China, are made in China, and do not seem to be leather as advertised. There is no physical address or phone number, and I really do believe their customer service is AI technology. Is this company actually a China run outfit? The packaging has oriental symbols on the product label, and like I said, they take a very long time to be shipped. Oh, and there is no sales tax on the items, and they offer free shipping on orders over $80, but only in the US, according to the website.
