Listener - Really enjoy the music ,

been a listener for sometime, my experience has been all good, everything has worked as expected ,quality very good, have made various playlists on my account, they have always works very well, I do feel that the depth of the songs could be better, like they have a lot of here and now music. I have a passion for some old gospel music, and would love more of it,I asked customer support at one point what the status was, and they assured me that they are continuously adding new music, I am unsure of the speed at which they do this but so far it seems like they are adding new tracks fairly quick, I am a big Kirk Franklin fan and would like every song he has ever done, so will keep checking, for now thou I have been getting a good mix of great music, sad they have not released an IOS app yet.

Scam. Tell tale signs. Won’t pay or take tax information, has you pay all up front costs, “work from home” benefits, and the use of free services like website builders, music downloaders, and press release sites. Try to make you feel guilty for not working, with harassing phone calls and emails. Plus, the responses on this of 5 stars are just ridiculously too good to be true.

I have had a horrible experience as well. I have been shorted $1200 they said multiple times they would pay me and still have not, including on here on 1/5. It is sad that a “Christian” company is doing this. I was so excited when I had found this company and now I’m having to report it to multiple people.

Like you mentioned, it’s very interesting how they get a negative review such as this and then it gets buried with all these positive ones ?

Contract Software Developer - Fairly Difficult To Work For

My experience has been that the organization has been very difficult to work for, we are a contract software development company that was retained on the launch of one of the companies new technologies. They were extremely demanding on timelines, required extensive reporting, and what I would call over the top supervision. While I am only 1 of 15 or so that were working on the project, personally I felt that the requests made were more then we contracted for. This maybe all very good for them to have a better product but on our side I felt a continuous pressure to get things done faster and better. I just felt a Christian company would be more understanding , but I guess business is business in today's world. Over all I would work with them again, maybe the second time knowing what to expect would be a better experience. On a very good note, I am a Christian, and have started to use there product, and that has softened me a touch to there rigorous demands. I very much enjoy the technical side as a software developer and from a technical prospective much of what they are doing is pretty cool stuff. Almost creating an interactive audience experience with much of what they are doing. One more thing, I did say they are difficult, but on the other side they paid pretty good, & I and team are pretty good, so I guess you get what you pay for, cause we did some amazing work, ;) ;)

Advanced Partner - Extremely Happy With Service & People - 10 Stars**********

I am an advanced host that has been engaged with podcasting for sometime. Yes my show is Christian based, I love first and foremost that Christgeo is Christian inspired, Amen, but I have been looking for 2 things , 1 a great platform that I can grow with over time but guidance and real professionals to help me along the way. Well I have totally found it. I started with a much more advanced package as my goal is TV. The service amazing , the team has been top notch, extremely creative marketing team, very knowledgeable. We have been making steady advancements daily towards my goals. The quality of my program has growth tremendously since I first started, my audience is growing and for the 1st time feel like I have a dial that can help me expand and grow. Overall software very easy to use, took me like 15 minutes and I was on it. Platform is still young overall but what they may lack in age they surely make up for in overall team and ability. I honestly feel what i have gotten is much more than I anticipated. Sometimes I feel like they want me to be more successful than I do, lol.

UPDATE: Despite what was said several weeks ago, I still have not gotten any type of pay for the money I was shorted during my time with the company. To my knowledge, it has not even been sent, which is sad that they probably said that to get me quiet, and make themselves look better.

I also wanted to address them trying to blame me for the mishaps during my time when I was never told or given any tracking software despite asking the person above me what I needed to do multiple times to get paid. While they are trying to put it on me, the person in charge of me at the time mentioned many times it was his fault, and he dropped the ball doing too much at once. I appreciate what you are trying to do for the Kingdom, but be better ChristGeo! Keep your word!

This company had me do a “trial” period before hiring me to “prove” myself. This lasted 3 months with ZERO pay, and more hours than I was putting in at my full time job at the time. Finally after 3 months I was hired, I had to beg every single payday for my check and there was always an excuse. I ended up getting paid on time ONCE. Out of my 4 months there. My tipping point was when my paycheck was so late that my internet got cut off. After this point I had to quit. It was my final paycheck I found out that supposedly the company had been asking for my personal information to make me an employee for months and Leo never provided it, even though it was provided to him. I also signed a contract saying at 30 days I get a pay increase which never happened. After I left the company, I report this to the Workforce commission who also agreed I am owed money and ChristGeo is doing nothing. During my time with the company when having trouble getting paid every time, I would often ask for names of other people I could talk to and the subject was constantly changed. I honestly did not know the name of another person until after I quit. There is some very sketchy business practices going on as well. At one point I received a paystub with a pay period end date that was two weeks ahead of the actual date of that particular day.

I was so excited to be working for (what I thought) was a Christian company. The way I was spoke to sometimes was horrible! I believe at one point I was told to “stop acting like a secretary, be better than that”. That’s just the beginning. I got to the point where just hearing the slack notification FILLED me with anxiety, and still does with my new job just from the Way I was constantly spoke to while at ChristGEO.

I really hope whoever is truly in charge improves tremendously. I was not comfortable with the way I was suppose to be leading people to pay these large amounts to host or be involved just so the company could make money. It was all about numbers with the occasional “lead people to Jesus” thrown in there.

To this day, I still have not been paid for all my services provided. I ended up with numerous late fees, shut offs, etc from it taking a month to get my last check. All they did was make excuses. In the end I was out money and still waiting. I was fully planning on supporting and promoting this company even after I left until they left me hanging. So disappointed!

Same here. Know you are not alone! I know of many different reports. So sorry, these scammers can really suck. It is unfortunate he made himself to be a Christian with a company that was built upon biblical values of life and business. I would say leave and fight this!

ALSO- I should NOT have to beg a company to give me an accurate W2, or have them correct their system to add a paycheck in there they left out so I can give the irs accurate numbers. Every single paycheck I had to beg for my check and now I can’t even get my w2 on time.

Music Artist Auditioned for ChristGEO Got Talent - Small issue quickly resolved

I initially didn't know what to expect from a Christian company that seems to do so many different things. I have been a musical vocalist now since I was young, love love to sign , just never really was able to give it the time needed. I saw Christgeo holding auditions, I said why not, The experience has been amazing every step of the way. While I had some issues uploading my audition, customer support was right there helping the entire way, they went as far to create some cover art for me , I was impressed, but then again i am no graphic designer. All I know is I have had a very good experience and so far everyone at the company as been very proactive and helpful. I have looked I have seen no bad reviews anywhere, Really unsure why a site like this one is around, should be called positive pulse, LOL. I am super excited to see how i do on the program with ChristGEO's Got talent. I'm also super excited to see what type of other artists show out, will be pretty cool and definitely different. So far so good and will say good effort as Christians to be doing things like this, very positive. On a side note I am also have been in recovery now for sometime. I have noticed the company has a strong focus on people with addictions. Again I say amen and amazing. A Spiritual based recovery program online is very much needed. Experienced Podcaster - Excellent Review

I have been a podcaster now out of the U.K for sometime. While I have seen many companies with very similar technology, I started working with this entity probably 6 months ago. Yes I am a Christian , but that maybe got me interested in them but was not a real decided factor for me. As I started working with them I definitely realized something different about the company and people. All very serious characters, very professional, almost pushy about my own success. These people handle my account as if I am a top performer. they have given me amazing advice and have helped me grow my audience substantially. They have performed a variety of functions all have come back better than expected. Timelines that they have completed work has always been ahead of schedule and impressive. They finished a small paid advertising campaign for me on social media. They did a bang up job, I was blown away with the thought they put in and care. I am seeing amazing results and believe that this company is not just about software to podcast, they are about creating successful partnerships with serious individuals like myself. I do not believe I would be as advanced as I am if it was not for the care and consideration of my christgeo representative - Jerry, Thank you very much and appreciate all your hard work. You have a client for life. Also to add one more note,. while I have always been a radio guy, I am really thinking about voyaging off to a TV production and I know christgeo is just the right company to do it with. By far best podcast technology out. Fairly easy to use but powerful if you want to monetize what you are doing, Tons of bells and whistles. The system gives you tremendous control over your audience and the ways you can generate a profit, Company has been top notch and extremely professional. I have been given a lot of guidance through entire process. The feeling of this company is like a Christian family. Very personalized, Very detailed and very caring. I want to say I am a big believer in knowledge is power and I have listened to some talented professionals at christgeo. It is clear they are capable and hard working, I can personally note text messages with a staff member at 1am in the morning. I mean it doesn't get more dedicated than that. they instructed me thru the process on developing a better show, better process thus better capabilities of increasing what I make. I love learning and as I have stated, appreciate being around knowledgeable people. Staff are not the type to yes you to death, which is probably what I appreciate most, keeping it real, if it is not broadcast worthy it is not, better to be blunt and improve then be given false hopes. Great job overall, I have not had much interaction with the team, they have called various times, but I am more of a hobbyist caster, maybe one day I will grown into something more. At this point I am using service to create playlists of some of my favorite music from a user prospective. Teacher - High School - Very Impressed

I have not published any of my lessons as of yet. However I am fairly savvy technology wise. The Tools and platform are amazing and will fit perfectly as a part time supplemental income and at my pace. I was referred to the organization by a friend who has been dealing with this organization well before they even launched. Great group of people and very dedicated. I have not even started yet and the time and experience they have added to my lessons is amazing. The care they have taken to make sure I am motivated to put out masterpieces of education is astonishing. I'm glad to be a part of such an amazing journey. For years I have commented about how educational organizations have really gone down hill. Minor Issue - Spanish Content Approval Slow VS. English

I have been using the Christgeo platform now for about 2 1/2 to 3 months or so. My content has been uploaded in Spanish & English as my audience is primarily Spanish speaking. Goal has been to expand my audience of listeners to more Spanish speaking countries. While the platform has worked fine so far as I can tell. My complaint is Spanish content takes up to 48 hours to get approved before I can actually use it. I have uploaded English content and it did not take this long. Has anyone else had this same issue. I have contacted the company and they said as they are just starting to expand the Spanish content that they have limited individuals that can review and approve. Hopefully as they add more Spanish content they can streamline and approve at a faster pace. Overall besides that being my one major issue at this time. everything else has been smooth. Really great group of people, great content, anytime I have had a question, I get a quick response. This platform will allow me to focus my content both in English and Spanish on very specific targeted markets in South America, Mexico, Spain etc. and monetize based upon my market. So my plan is for areas that have less financially ability to focus on free content but to generate revenue based upon ad revenue. So far this is perfect for our needs, very powerful to grow a program globally. Amazing that I can choose how to monetize based upon the specific content I have uploaded. In reference to the overall vision of the organization, really amazing, and what a need. Long term this is going to be something special, On one last note I saw recently that they have now given SEO ability to perform your own SEO on your content, again very powerful and great job

Podcaster with above average experience

started working with company maybe 7 or 8 months ago. Fairly new to the entertaining game. My experience from beginning. they held my hand as a newbie to being a podcaster much more then I would have imagined. They gave me advice on 3rd party hardware that could improve audio recording quality, videos and training to performing online interviews with guests. They helped structure my show to be more professional and entertaining. they helped me even get some initial guests to interview. they helped to promote my program. So if you get it by now, they were very helpful. Zero doubt they care and wanted my success. On another note I initially paid for a started 1 page website on the cheap from company. It was ok, was not blown away, but you get what you pay for. After discussing what I wanted as a business website with my representative. They recommended doing a premium website. I was hesitant to make an in the thousands investment in my site. However the job they performed and are still performing has been astonishing. Attention to detail, design work, layout, writers, the entire package I couldn't of expected more. This was not just a website for my future audience this was for me to, made me proud of what I was doing and looking to do. I'm very glad I spent the money with them to do a little more, it makes me look like a big time host of a popular show, even thou I'm still fairly small, Got me fired up, which is a good thing. Web Developer - Good Experience

I worked for christgeo for almost 8 months until I had some personal health issues that have forced me to not be able to continue. I also worked remotely and i am familiar with the policies of the company. if you are remote you need to use a software on your computer that tracks when you start working and when you stop, Pretty simple stuff really. How would they know your hours if you don't do this I never had an issue. I want to be transparent that I will be looking to go back to work with christgeo after I have resolved some personal medical issues. I will say the company is very professional and will push you to put out high quality work. I have some links below to hosts I have had the privilege of working on some of there web design work. Never a problem

Fairly new user, however in almost 8 weeks I have not had one problem, I use christgeo probably 2 to 3 times a day for listening to music, works perfect and is vast with content. I put it on often while I am working and have not had one issue with content, yes I live in the U.S but flawless operation, another person was basically blaming christgeo for slow streaming in South America, come on really,. If a country or area has slow internet there is nothing christgeo can do about it. My overall rating is 10 and our 10.

Slow streaming in multiple South American countries

I have been using Christgeo for about 4 months now and have been seeing steady improvements. However audience members in very specific countries like South America have been seeing very slow audio streaming speeds. We have also had some complaints in India and Malaysia. We have contacted the Christgeo technical team that has Informed us that they have maximized all server speeds and that they have recently switched to Amazon servers, which are suppose to be some of the best. Yet still complaints of slow audio streaming. After in depth research it seems that these slow speeds may have nothing to do with Christgeo and is most probably related to the specific geographical area in which the Content is being streamed. We are still collecting data to make an informed decision if this is accurate. Otherwise our overall feedback is fairly positive, technology is very advanced and capable. Support has been spot on, overall positive.

My Content got rejected

I was recently given a warning by the Christgeo team for putting out what they have said is non biblical information that can not be verified through scripture. I feel like they are being too critical of my show. They have sent me 3 emails that the Content has been rejected and needs to be modified to be published. I have emailed a few times back and forth. The response has been repetitious which has been that they will not allow Content that can not be verified by scripture. I'm a touch aggravated but I'm having to brush up on scripture that in fact anything I quote is on point. I didn't think they would be so critical as I am not a pastor. Hopefully on my 4th attempt the content will get approved. Other than that company has been pretty good beyond my personal aggrevations

ChristGEO- I’m hoping my taxes were paid too since they were taken from my paycheck each time. I did email Leo and Craig both a few weeks ago with my new mailing address for my w2 in a few weeks. Hoping I get it and everything checks out.

For the record- I did ask multiple times about how to track time or what needed to be used. I was told just to work and everyone is expected to go above and beyond and put in extra hours. I was working well over 40 hrs a week, which I didn’t mind.

7 to 8 months I never had an issue, surprised in what you are writing, must be more to this, my experience has been amazing. one time I had a small issue with a check and it was fixed immediately, I also had to wait for business cards for about 6 weeks , but beyond that really enjoyed working with the company.

We are sorry hailey for this experience. We have researched this for you. Our findings have resulted that as a remote worker improper records were submitted for proper payroll to be processed. However we have also communicated with the individual who was supervising you and he has advised us that even though your employment contract was clear on proper working hours, submission, guidelines and deadlines for remote workers, these policies were not followed. Irrelevant your supervisor has taken responsibility that he did not properly inforce the remote hours tracking policy. Although we have fully paid you to date there was the question of a pay increase prior to release during a period in which company policy was not followed. Again while this is not normal practice to issue a pay increase while company policies are not being followed. However due to our findings we have decided to issue payment for the increase in an effort to show our sincere apologies and believe that in fact our managerial body failed to communicate and inforce proper remote work place practices. We have notified our payroll department. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Beyond excellent- podcaster many years

Wow, were do i start. I have been a professional business man for 25 years. A professional podcaster for about 5 years. I have reviewed every software, service that is around. While some may have additional bells and whistles. This company shines well above. My goal was to not just have a software system to do these basic streaming functions but to work with like minded professional that could help me scale my online brand. The value that i have recieved is more then anything i could of hoped for. Creative input, personalized campaigns. A real talented team of professional to work with. It has been a few months already and they are taking me in a direction i only hoped for. Maybe even one day shifting to a televised broadcast. Many people have podcasts that go no where, that is easy. It is another thing to try and build a real brand. I have had design work done for my show. I have had help scripting my content, editing help, marketing, enhancing my listener base, and these are just touching on a few items. I rate company extremely high. I see people complaining about an upload issue or small tech problems. Come on people, normal common issues. This is much more then just software, which for me is what i wanted, which is and will be help scaling. For if people are listening and audience is not growing what is the point. There is no magic button. It has to be grown over time in an intelligent way. I would highly highly recommend this company.

Upload Problem - but fixed

was having an issue for about 2 days on trying to upload my content about 4 weeks ago. Needed the assistance of the christgeo technical people 2 times in a row. I was definitely not happy about this. wasted a good amount of time. Everything finally got uploaded and I was told that they were switching to amazon servers and there was some sort of glitch. I initially thought that was just some standard excuse, but a few days later I realized the site and uploads where no lightening fast. So my bad , lol. everything working well now. In reference to sanja the tech guy sorry if I was a touch rude. lol.. :) ,,, Guess I have to sometimes take a step back and remember I'm christian, but I still have a long way to go. My review of the rest of christgeo has been really very good, I have dealt with Jerry for sometime now, and he has really been amazing, has taken a lot of time and is very passionate about helping people. I have heard one person on this say they didn't get a call, in my case I might of got to many calls, lol, very detailed with content and programs, can be a touch annoying, but on a real level. we all should be putting out the best content we can. Software itself is definitely a 9 or a 10 for features. Ease of use may not get as high of a rating , maybe a 6 or 7, but very functional. I think the worst is that they are not that big yet, I think the best is that they are not that big yet, lol. Guess how one views it. People have been amazing , very warm, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I feel like I am getting much more than just software. A team of great people working hard to help me and my professional skills. Now if I flip to using the service as a listener or viewer, tech is amazing , I have made my own play lists and follow specific content providers, very functional stuff. I am told the apps on Roku and IOS will be launched soon, so I am excited to see how it gets rolled out. So to sum it up for the christian readers. Overall good company, they are not a 20 year veteran thou, so some mistakes must come expected. but what they may lack in years as an entity they truly make up for with amazing individuals that have a passion for Jesus.I would recommend christgeo in all capacities. TECH ISSUE - BUT RESOLVED

I started working with Christgeo like 6 month ago. I complained about software issues for like 4 weeks,. was having a lot of issues tracking. The people are christgeo assured me it would get resolved. I was almost about to give up, but they released their new platform. which has been night and day difference. Can track everything, in total control of all my broadcasts, on demand, ad rev, etc. I have not had one issue since they moved over. So it started rocky but at the end everything worked out very well. I am still working with Christgeo and they have come along way. I love the lord and love the direction they are headed. I have had sometimes in which I had sometimes that I have been frustrated but nothing is easy. So I will move on to people, while I had some tech issues that have since been resolved. People have been amazing my rep was Leo Vincent, really nice guy, I have literally called him at 11pm and he has picked up. Very knowledgable and very real. I would say he is the biggest reason I presently work with christgeo. He has a tremendous testimony and is very sincere about expanding the Kingdom. In the beginning I sent a few mockups of my program, He was very blunt that they needed work. They did and I made changes and I respect being real and not beating around the bush. I mean you can't be successful in this space if you are not polished and constantly improving. I think that is a very balanced review of the company. They still need a lot of improvements but overall I believe a lot of opportunity to be growing with an amazing young company doing good things, Amen Amen,
