This person tells you that he is a legit business man and tells you that he will be providing you with a tracking number for placing your order. Then he has a fake website with a usps link that tells you, your order is on its way. He gives your a tracking number and next day, the shipment is placed on a hold. He then texts you saying that he is the carrier and he needs a “refundable deposit” in order to deliver your package.
