On Sept. 10, 2023 I requested to general information regarding him being a financial advisor. I was researching FOREX financial advisors and his website came up. After contacting him, we texted via Telegram per his request. Basically he asked my goals and we had lengthy discussions regarding my 5-10 year financial goals. He told me he could help and I sent him about 10 in-depth questions to answer for me to rule out any fraud or scams. I also asked to see a copy of his license which he sent me. Initially he asked me what I was able to afford. I told him approximately $50 week. He told me that he uses the website www.zenxa.io and I needed to create a portfolio. Once I created an account, it said there is a minimum investment of $2000 to begin. I told him I did not have that and he asked how much could I afford. I mentioned I had approximately $1100 in my XRP/Uphold Wallet and he said we could start with that -he would match the remaining amount. Then weekly he would ask how much I could afford to put (add to account). So in total from Sept. 10 2023 to Nov. 2, 2023, I gave him a total of $2200. On Wed. Nov. 1, 2023 I asked Chris if I could withdraw funds because I needed to pay some bills ASAP. He walked me through the Zenxa website to initiate the withdrawal. So when I go to deposit $23, 000 from my Zenxa account and transfer to my Uphold wallet (using XRP), the company Zenxa sent me an email stating I would have to pay 10% in taxes which equals $2300. I used everything I had in my account because i really thought this person (Chris Ryan Stewart) was real and being honest. Next after I pay the $2300 from my Uphold wallet, I get another email saying they cannot release the funds because Uphold Wallet has a max of $15,000 a day which I found out later was not true. So then Zenxa stated they would have to send my funds now totaling $25300 to Blockchain Wallet because there are unlimited daily deposit limits. Next I get a message/email that to activate the Blockchain account I would have to have $3450 in the account - but it would not be withdrawn. It just needs to show in order for the account to activate. I told Chris I had no more funds, so after many discussions he volunteered to put up $2450, we used $800 of funds in Zenxa, and I transferred $200 from my CASHAPP (via Bitcoin). Once all the funds were there in the Blockchain account, something happened and I got an email from Blockchain stating the transaction looked like money laundering-so the funds went back to my Zenxa account. After all of this I told Chris No more games, send my money to my CASH APP account. Then I get an email from Zenxa that I have to pay $1255 in taxes to get the new amount of $25100 out of my account. So at this point I said I am not paying another dime. Chris keeps asking me to come up with half of the amount and he would pay the rest, but I'm out of money and now feel skeptical about this situation. Please help me get back a total of $4500 invested into this scam. ****** ***** ************ or ********************
