Received letter from individual offering to purchase my family property in Arkansas. I live in TN. Mailed purchase agreement with instructions on how to agree to purchase price, which was a joke. I did not respond; however, I am concerned that someone like this could take advantage of older adults that I know who live on the same road as my family property. My family is advising all of them to be cautious because the writer states he got the information from the public information, which is ridiculous because of the current value of our property.
